7 SE Stark
What began as an innovative parking solution inside an industrial district in the heart of downtown Portland, is now the first ground-up workspace building to be built inside the industrial sanctuary. The steel framed building is a true representation of intentional structures. The long span steel frame create open parking areas and then transforms to clear, open workspace floor plates. This allows for open and flexible layouts for creative business to grow within.
7 SE Stark is a 10-story, 180,000 sf building in the Central Eastside Industrial District of Portland Oregon, situated between the Interstate and Union Pacific railroad tracks. The building elevates 4 levels of steel framed industrial office over 5.5 levels of post-tensioned concrete framed parking and ground floor retail.
As the building moves vertically, portions of the façade erode back towards it’s center core, providing several shared terraces and unobstructed 360-views of Portland to each tenant.
