Bunk Bar Portland

Bunk Bar Portland is a tenant improvement project located inside the Water Avenue Commerce Center in the Central Eastside Industrial District. W.PA worked with local sandwich company, Bunk, to design an open-concept bar and restaurant that could accommodate a 12 ft. stage for live performances.

Interior renovations included demolition of existing walls, a reconfigured kitchen layout, and a new raised platform for new booth seating along the wall of modified and now operable windows. A full bar with custom shelving, new plumbed-in sinks, and mirrored accents were collaboratively designed with the client. The exterior was updated with fresh paint and fabric awnings over both entrances, including the new ADA accessible entry on SE Taylor Street.
