Miles Terrace is a four-story development consisting of 69 affordable units for low-income seniors, aged 55 and older. This project is the product of a successful public/private partnership between the Vancouver Housing Authority and Ginn Group. Partially funded by the City of Vancouver’s Affordable Housing Fund (AHF), its goal is to offer safe, comfortable, and community-oriented housing to seniors in the community.
The development’s ground floor features an outdoor community garden, 48 covered parking spaces, and resident lobby. The upper three stories feature studios, one-, and two-bedrooms, accompanied by shared laundry on each floor, a business center, community room, and cafe. Overall, the project aims to foster a vibrant, supportive community for seniors.
